QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM AND PROCEDURE
Coast Air has a written quality control manual which details responsibilities and procedures. It is revised regularly to meet the latest industry, customer and government requirements. Coast Air's Quality Manual demonstrates compliance with the latest revision of ANSI/ISO/ASQC Q9001.
Government source inspection is done by an itinerant inspector.
